Frequently asked questions

Good questions deserve direct answers.

How far ahead should we call?

As early as possible. Several weeks gives us more room to research, advertise, and schedule, but we will still assess time-sensitive situations.

Do we have to clean everything first?

No. Leave the sorting to us until we have walked the property. Important documents, medication, family photographs, and clearly personal items should be secured first.

Can family keep items?

Yes. We document what is excluded before setup so the sale inventory is clear.

What happens to unsold items?

We review options that may include consignment, online sales, donation, pickup, cleanout, or a combination based on the remaining material.
